What are “runs” and how are they counted?
A run is one full execution of an AI Agent. Every time an agent is triggered—manually or automatically—it counts as one run.
Can I set spend limits so I don’t go over budget?
Yes. You can set a hard monthly spend cap (and optional per-agent limits) so your agents never exceed your budget.
Do I need my own API keys for OpenAI/Anthropic/etc.?
No. Teach Charlie AI includes built-in model access using AI Credits, so you can start without any API keys. If you prefer, you can connect your own API keys for direct provider billing.
What happens if I hit my run limit or run out of AI Credits?
We’ll notify you as you approach your limits. If you hit a limit, your agents pause until you top up credits, upgrade, or the month resets (and you can enable auto top-up to avoid interruptions).
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing saves 20% compared to monthly.
